Hello all:

Question about Gym membership. I have had two stays in the last few weeks at the Sheraton New Orleans and the St Regis Monarch Beach. Neither property knew about the platinum gym benefit and explained that the gym was not affiliated with the hotel. Has anyone else experienced this or is it just uninformed desk help. Thanks for the help
