When you select seats on BA metal using the BA PNR that won't show on the AA site. I can only assume the same goes for vice versa as I would not know since I never fly AA TATL.

BA and AA keep a different PNR for the same booking and possibly more because it is a mix of BA/AA metal. Who know, who cares? Keep your e-ticket number with you for reference.

So, looks like everything is fine except for the feeder.
