SQ uses a different lounge than the Air China lounge. It is a contract lounge (Beijing Capital Premier Lounge). I did not see showers there.
There is a showering the BCP contract lounge. It's located in the F section, but I seem to remember it being available for C pax as well.

The shower is paltry: small room, little area to place things, amenities non-existent.
