American Connection follows the same practice ... however, I have noticed on AC you have to go out of your way to ask for service, since on any short flights they try to "bag" service ...

E.g. CMI-ORD .... 22-27 min flight... I have gotten full service on ... IND-ORD ... the girl played with her hair .... 30-60 min flight .....

Personally, I try to float my business to AE as much as possible over AC .... but that is my personal choice ....
