I agree with sbm12 and ask what was that fare code/basis which is what I was wondering, too.
On the CO website (Orbitz didn't list a booking code) it was Z, which I understand to be a BF seat on CO and a C seat on UA. Either way, under that code it was pretty clear I wouldn't be riding 3-class F, regardless of what Orbitz said.
