"All I want is no naked pictures, no radiation, and no touching without probable cause or reasonable suspicion (failed passive detection, such as WTMD/x-ray, etc). With random pat-downs, that right there fails that want. Right now, just showing up at an airport is quickly starting to appear to be probably cause for a physical administrative search."

Showing up at an airport already is construed as cause for an administrative search. You are guilty of attempting to board an airplane.

All I want is for this fungus to be limited to airports and to not be allowed to spread to train depots, bus stations, toll roads . . .

The DHS is mad with power. Napolitano has already said they're looking for other ways to [encroach on civil liberties] [limit our ability to move freely about the country] "provide security." Nothing al Qaeda or the Taliban could possibly do could damage America as much as this arrogant encroachment by the DHS. I fear our "Department of Homeland Security" FAR more than I do any terrorist act imaginable.

The tree of liberty is being poisoned from within.
