The hotel I regularly stay at destroyed a dress shirt (tore a hole in it). When I picked up my laundry the shirt wasn't with it; they held it back so a manager could speak with me about the problem, rather than just letting me find it on my own.
Aparantly when the Laundry came back on Friday afternoon, they noticed the problem and the manager on duty phoned the Disney Store (since a small Mickey was embroidered on the pocket) and had a new shirt sent to the hotel in the same size. It arrived the following Tuesday (I checked back in on Monday).
Now that's service!
