Another data point - the bag store in T5 obviously isn't heated, as the 2 kilos of Stichelton and Montgomery Cheddar that sat in my case for 72 hours emerged unscathed...in fact they were probably being stored at a perfect temperature.
As I often carry food in my suitcase, I was wondering about the bag store being heated or not, so this is good news!
