Exactly my point FenLandK. The product just cannot be compared.

Indeed they are cheaper although 80% is a ridiculous exaggeration....but that's no surprise given the seat. It's only good if you want a stopover and have plenty of time on your hands. I imagine once you've done it once you wouldn't be so keen on doing it again. Adds hours on to the journey.

BTW

A return flight to JFK in June works out at £1292 with FI and £1676 with BA...hardly 80% cheaper.
