By the way, I just looked at IAH-BOM in March (for example) in CO OnePass. Over 50% of the days have award J availability in March for 120K miles.
That is very optimistic of you...that statement implies the issues is purely technical..which part of it definitely is, but revenue management will also need to loosen up on the award calendar.
