Delta cancelled my flight tomorrow from CMH to SRQ expecting snow in Atlanta in the morning (that is the reason given). No alternatives are available. Had to cancel rental car, and reservations in 3 different Hotels in 3 different places.
When I called Delta for assistance, tyhe first agent lost the connection while he was "searching" for alternatives and the second agent was of no help and was trying to route us to sarasota Florida via Minneapolis and Salt lake City!
The "Business" agent was who to handle our cancellation, was beyond rude. I still don't know whether he cancelled my resercation or not!!!
God Medallion with ober 850,000 miles. I thought DElta customer service is good!
