I cannot comment on PVG, because I have not flown out of PVG much on international flights.

At PEK T3, there is the Air China Business Lounge. I am not sure there are showers there. There is a paid lounge offers shower near gate 30ish.

SQ uses a different lounge than the Air China lounge. It is a contract lounge (Beijing Capital Premier Lounge). I did not see showers there.
