Does this alignmen mean that there will no longer be DL fares earning 0% miles (and no level segment)?

Looking at possible segment runs for 2011, most of the low-cost, hub-hopping trips in the US (on DL) come as a "V" fare which, IIRC, currently counts for 0% miles and, thus, not valid segments. It would be nice if they could all pile in to the level-segment war-chest.
