Oh and by the way, if you fly all the time, then you should know that there are many airlines out there that still offer non-flat seats in J even on flights longer than 10 hours.
well first if you read my email right i said - if you want to charge a premium price then you should offer a premium product. SQ charges by far the most expensive prices in their premium classes. Granted people allow them to do so. They are are airlines who still do not have lie flat on all routes - but at least here in Asia they charge 30% to 50% less - look at TG, and also MH is a probably not a bad example.

SQ was the first to install a lie-flat seat as well as the fully flat bed not in a herringbone configuration... how many planes have they really retroffitted, now they are getting the new regional business class - how far have we advanced the retroffitting not very far......right? So I wonder really how long will it take them to lets say two consistent products - the fully lie flat and the regional lie flat - I am ready to bet that they will never achieve it.

And concerning their arrogance - well there is only one way they will understand - if you take business away - which i will do from a private point of view and a business point of view. Very simple, they are other good airlines too.
