11A and 11F have massive leg room with no 10A or 10F in front. The downsides are these:

(1) Your TV is far ahead of you (on the back of 9A or 9F) and hard to see
(2) If you put carry ons under the seat in front of you they are harder to get because they are so far away.
(3) Because they serve front to back, if this is a food flight you run the risk of the food being sold out.

11A and 11F have much more leg room than Stretch, so if that's your main goal, I'd take it over Stretch.
