Good to know - I'll request Acqua di Parma at Mandarin Oriental Hong Kong and see what happens.
This is my second stay in 12 months so I'm wondering if that makes a difference (i.e. the hotel will be more inclined to accommodate my request since I'm a returning customer)? In fact, I wonder if they will automatically upgrade my room for this reason?
