Oh this is crap - of course i am aware that last minute equipment changes happens, i fly long enough for this.

what pisses me off with SQ is their arrogance. They charge a premium price for still a substandard seat ( which is still the most important) on certain long-haul flights.

The problem comes if you run in your planes at this time 4 different business class configurations. I thought i would never say this. It took an airline like LH about 4 years to really configure all planes for long haul, but now since some time it is done, they have now a consistent product in long haul business class in all planes, no more suprises. but SQ will never achieve this, because also they do not want to do it.
