I am flying SEA-NRT tomorrow Dec 25 and just now tried to check-in online.

I had originally booked business class 9B isle which as of yesterday 9A was still empty in the smaller cabin and found somehow my seat became 13H in the bigger cabin.

I called the 1K desk and asked why. She found that I was removed out of 9B by gate agent due to global service and the seat is now blocked. 9A is now taken as well. She did end up putting me back into the smaller cabin on the other side but it doesn't make me feel any better than some GS can just waltz right in select the seat next to me which i had reserved 3 weeks ago and boot me out of my seat and block it off.

WTH??
