A thumbs up from me too. BA must really have pulled out all the stops to get bags back before Christmas given the chaos that I saw in T5 on Saturday morning.
Interestingly the tag on the bag said that the bag had been found on the 21st and dispatched on the 23rd.
Something I noticed - I checked the website of the courier who delivered it and there was a message saying bags had been transported from LHR to EDI/GLA by road given the disruption.
The tag on my bag has a different reference number scratched out and replaced with mine, so I don't know if they originally thought it was someone else's.
