A thumbs up from me too. BA must really have pulled out all the stops to get bags back before Christmas given the chaos that I saw in T5 on Saturday morning.
I am very glad that I only spent an hour in the baggage hall and not much longer as some did. It just goes to show how good BA.com is.
They are still my favourite airline. ^
Interestingly the tag on the bag said that the bag had been found on the 21st and dispatched on the 23rd.
