Who do you call to get it fixed -- reservations or web support? I deliberately didn't call last weekend when OLCI failed and just planned to be at the airport early enough for the agent there to deal with it, because I didn't want the upgrade to be somehow dropped and then assigned to the next person on the waiting list. Call United web support as they should be able to check you in for the flights and fix any other problems with the reservation.
