Does it even matter? Frankly I couldn't care less whether I'm addressed by name or not. And I wouldn't even need any service if the darn stewardess could just put a proper bottle of wine on my table and attend to other pax instead.

As I mentioned a while back, the really old seats don't just fly to AKL, SYD gets them too as I was able to experience first-hand. To top off the great experience my return flight on the A380 was then switched to a 744, where I had to give up watching Inception because the screen wouldn't give the film justice...
