Hi all,

just wondering if anyone is out in Terminal 5 this morning and could tell me how busy it currently is? Have a flight to JFK at 4pm and was thinking of setting off from home at 1030am just to be safe as a friend who had a similar flight yesterday told me it took her 3 hours to check in and drop her bags.
