At around 300' AGL, we were pitched close to 90 degrees to the left. I automatically popped it back flat and continued the approach. Flight instructor and I didn't say a word until the climb out after the touch & go, when she quietly comments "ahem... thanks for recovering that".
FWIW, it is a lot scarier in a Dash than a Cessna.
I was in a Airbus 319/320 (cannot remember exactly).
We pitched more than 30 less than 45 degrees. Going over the old LA forum upon landing, it seemed like we we seeing it upside down. I am sure plenty of wet pants as a result of this.
