NYS has enhanced drivers licenses.

the sleave is because the information, which is classified to you... (your not allowed to know exactly what info is on the card) contines the basics, plus your social security number and who knows what else. the sleave is due to the fact that this information is NOT encrypted at all. Meaning anyone with a scanner, can scan groups of people and pull their information up... a ID Theifs wet dream come true.

the fact that there is all your info on a card that contains and RFID chip, that can be read up to hundreds of feet away, with out your consent or knowledge, has ZERO built in protections, is crazy! The govt preaches all this bull crap security and then leaves 'enhanced' Drivers Licenses completely unprotected... Shows they really do care about us peons...

Oh and the licenses? they were made in china.
