I think it's becoming uniform later this year. I thought I remembered an annoucement about this referenced somewhere on the board. I think every local call in every Starwood property and every 800 call will be $2.50 for the first 60 minutes, and 10 cents a minute thereafter.That's just from my recollection, which may be faulty. But be prepared to pay when you use a phone in a Starwood property.

At the VERY LEAST, calls to Starwood reservations or concierge should be free.
