But the point of the thread was she wasn't because we booked an earlier connection (at an added $80) to ensure she made the connection. There was a later YOW-YYZ that met the MCT.

I'm not necessarily hammering AC. Not sure who makes the MCT decisions but they need to be reviewed.

How AC can accept 75 mins w/ de-icing etc. is beyond me
