If anyone here on the forum knows what does Issuing Agent Delta/SS imply. And under payment information it lists IT? It says "Coupon Open" and Fare Code is T. The forum of payment is Cash. I saw this on a relatives itinerary as part of a tour group with a college. He wanted me to explain this to him and he wants to know if its eligible for miles. To me if it says Coupon Open does this mean its an award ticket? I never say Coupon Open under the Ticket Information when you select "Details".
