A cheap jibe, since you don't mention why the Dutch need to speak German and English. @:-)

Any serious response would be of the 'mine is bigger than yours' variety, so I won't mention my fluency in German and French, with 'get by' Spanish and Italian and, er, basic comprehension of spoken Dutch. Oh, and Swiss German.

And by the way, I think you meant 'The moment your Dutch, German and French ARE ... etc'.
