Incident: Air Canada E190 at Ottawa on Dec 20th 2010, flapless landing
An Air Canada Embraer ERJ-190, registration C-FNAW performing flight AC-143 from Montreal,QC to Ottawa,ON (Canada) with 45 people on board, was on approach to Ottawa when the crew received a slat failure upon selecting flaps followed by a wing anti-ice failure message. The wing anti-ice message was reset twice, the crew subsequently declared PAN and performed a safe flapless landing.
The Canadian TSB reported Air Canada is looking into the issue.
