I have this RBC card and it is good, however, it really depends on what you want out of a card... Using the points for flights is easy, but it isn't the best redemption schedule out there... 35K for a long-haul flight up to $750 is a bit limiting. I used this to book YVR-YWG last year and had to pay the additional cost over the $750 (during Christmas). But as long as you can book 2 weeks in advance, at least you know 35,000 points are going to be worth about $750. I've heard that the TD infinite card is very similar and might offer a couple more benefits. If you travel a lot, the AMEX Platinum is the way to go. Premium benefits like lounge access and trip cancellation insurance (can save you $100 per trip your travel agent usually charges). Plus, you get 1.25 points for every dollar spent and double for gas and groceries. However, the $399 annual fee makes it only worth it if you use the benefits, otherwise, you won't get your money's worth...
In my opinion, the RBC Visa Infinite is a good everyday card, but it has its limitations.
