Yep, Empress - that was the point I was trying to make - we could live with the seating changes, but by the agent raising the upgrade subject in the first place, he was just setting us up for the predictable let-down. Anyway, was probably a good appetizer for what lay in store at the craps tables - shooter rolls 4,5,6,8,9,10......7.

Don't suppose I'll improve on my 2-for-200 tonight. Off to LHR then MAN for the weekend, going over 100K QMiles for first time. Looking forward to next year & some heavy time in the front cabin, maybe an Oz and/or Japan or HK or 2!
