I think Neal has confirmed that the fee was on his confirmation letter. As for the web site, I have submitted my two cents to the Internet Support Desk that I think it needs to be clarified better there even though there is a warning to contact the property for any extra fees. Other than that, if the Customer Care Associates do their part, there should be no issues concerning this situation.
