But your section does not talk about "Nominee", just a person with no status (and dont even ask how they have eupgrade credits to being with). Perhaps someone should fire an email or message to AY

Here is AC's definition of a Nominee

"As an Air Canada Top Tier member, you will be able to share your eUpgrade Credits with other travellers, known as eUpgrade Nominees, even when you are not travelling with them. Your nominees must be Aeroplan members."
