Problem with selecting a seat on DL's website
I am having a very annoying problem on DL's website, and I am wondering whether this is just me.
I am traveling on the 25th and need to change my seating assignment. Whenever I log into my DL account, select my itinerary (FLL-ATL-DEN roundtrip), and click on my current seating assignment, I get a "Requested page not found" error instead of the seating chart that usually comes up. NOTE: I booked this as an award ticket, using my miles.
When I select a different itinerary for a flight next year (FLL-JFK-DKR), I get the seating chart without a problem.
Anyone having the same issue? What's going on?
