Why does HOT do business with AT&T?
Everything about Starwood's PG program is first class, except their telephone partner.
Using links supplied here, responding to the emails form AT&T (which do come fairly quickly) I have attempted to sign up with AT&T and receive Starpoints.
Not so easy. No link/site to do so (only if you are already signed up with AT&T). No one at AT&T knows anything!
I spent 55 minutes being bounced from LD to commercial accounts to Starwood to AT&T Rewards back to LD back to Starwood back to Rewards before I fianlly gave up.
Why is this so hard? MCI is so easy to sign up with and the points post so quickly.
Why does Starwood do business with a loser like AT&T.
It was interesting whenever I got bounced to Starwood, the Starwood rep was intelligent, polite and helpful, when the switch went back to AT&T, the IQ dropped about 50 points.
So, I beg the question to William, why AT&T? Starwood's customer's deserve better!
