So in the example I cited above where I leave my car for servicing and borrow a "loaner" from the dealer, if I had and used a New Jersey EZ Pass, New Jersey would fine me????
This is nuts.
I used to use my tag on other cars before and the toll was always paid, but once in a while they’ll mail out a letter saying they'll suspended you if you continue to do so..
Now a days from people who's been doing this, they have gotten letters saying the toll has been unpaid, and you'll have to pay the fine.
