There was no confusion.
Yosithezet was saying that the taxi fare form the airport to the WGS, which is only about 200 meters from the 4P, was around THB 350. I haven't been to the 4P yet, but I imagine that the hotel will hold your luggage. Most, if not all, hotels do. You might consider sending them an e-mail in advance so you'll have the opportunity to make other arrangements if necessary.
