How to get confirmation that a ticket was non-refundable (for insurance claim) ?
I was recently unable to travel on a non-refundable ticket as a result of an insured event, but my insurance company wants written confirmation from BA that the ticket was non-refundable.
I can't find any means of obtaining this on an automated basis (by inputting ticket number) but do I stand any chance of getting BA to send me such a letter / e-mail and if so how do I go about it ?
