I heard they were so hell bent on opening on the date predicted that the hotel staff training may not be up to par and many systems such as the TVs are not working.
I understand the allure of finishing a project on time, but rushing the end just to make an arbitrary deadline seems to have hurt the new reputation of this building.
Luckily it seems all the issues are training and staff related and those at least have an easier fix than an architectural problem.
