Is this new and what does "prevented from travelling" mean?
Suppose I don't travel because a close relative has just died, or severe weather or an outbreak of unrest have made non-essential travel to the area inadvisable, but flights are still going there. I'm not actually "prevented from travel" so do these things count? In the past BA has said that miles can't be re-credited in this sort of situation.
