Asiaflyguy means that CX business class fares ex-TPE are extremely cheap (much less than ex-HKG most of the time, meaning some HKG CX flyers purchase a cheap HKG-TPE return ticket just to benefit from the TPE fares but ditch the HKG-TPE sector on the inbound) to attract pax for that market. But yes, you still have to fly via HKG.
