Dear SAAUSA:
On December 10, I emailed the requested details RE: denied boarding November 28, 2010 SA #40 JNB to VFA.

Still hoping for a reply. Please advise if I should re-send. We truly believe we were the unfortunate victim of problems with SAA's "new system" and a consistent lack of customer service at JNB.
