So, you are saying that this is an error by UA and I shouldnt get access to the RCC?
Your information seems to be outdated.....in particular the bolded statement above......no need for drink coupons as drinks have been free in RCC for more than two month. As others have stated you have been the beneficiary of someone who either does not know the rules or has intentionally chosen to ignore them. 1k status will not get you into RCC for an exclusive domestic itinerary regardless of fare paid with the exception of business and first on PS flights.
