As far as getting your credits back for cancelling the reservation, it depends on when they're set to expire. As mentioned above, if the credits were to expire on 12/31/2010, then you won't get them back. If they're expiring on 12/31/2011, you will get them back. The 1-2-Free credits expire on 6/25/2011.
Actually I haven't tried booking the 1-2free on the website...thought you had to call to do that.

Here's a dumb question...how do you know when your free rental days expire?
