Was check in quick and efficient? Painless, web checkin, would be nice to be able to check 24 hours prior to first flight, and not last flight!
Did you use priority security (if eligible) and if so, was it quick and efficient? No need, did qucik turn for miles
Did you use the Maple Leaf lounge and if so, any feedback in regards to service, food and drinks? No lounge in SAN
Was priority boarding offered (if applicable to your status) and efficient? Yes
If there was a delay, did the gate agent provide timely updates? No delay

Onboard - J cabin:
Were the crew professional & well groomed? Yes, same fabulous crew as on way down to SAN!
If there was a delay, were you provided with timely updates?
Was the IFE activated on the ground? Yes, can we get the moving map work on the E190!!!!
Was a pre-departure beverage offered on the ground? Yes
Did crew offer to hang your jacket? Yes
Were newspapers & menus distributed and meal orders taken (Please specify when meal orders were taken - on the ground or in the air)? Menus distributed on ground, orders taken in the air, newspapers distributed, Appeared to take orders in order of status as FA did not start at row 1, but went to different pax. Worked well for me as I got what i wanted but the last pax was miffed that they had no choice of menu items
Did crew offer a hot towel prior to the meal service? Yes
Approximately how long after take off did it take for the first meal service to be completed? (From takeoff to all items collected) Not sure
How was the quality of all the meals? Not bad,
Did the cabin crew continiously top up the beverage of your choice throughout the flight? Yes

Did you use priority security (if eligible) and if so, was it quick and efficient? No, closed at the time I went through security
Did you use the Maple Leaf lounge and if so, any feedback in regards to service, food and drinks? No - see below
Was priority boarding offered (if applicable to your status) and efficient? Not sure came late
If there was a delay, did the gate agent provide timely updates? Delay -- thankfully

Arriving YVR slightly late and needed to meet someone between flights. To ensure I had enough time, went to ticketing counter to change flights to AC224 YVR-YYC and AC8162 YYC-YEG. Agent at ticketing counter was fabulous, very professional and helpful despite having to have dealt with all the rebooking of LHR pax (pm, if you would like her name). Finished meeting, cleared security and noticed that original YVR-YEG flight delayed! Ran to gate, they were still boarding. Agent was fabulous (pm, for her name) and professional, able to accomodate me no problem, managed to get on flight and not have to connect through YYC (this is frowned upon ;-) ). For me luckily YVR-YEG flight was late!
