In my experience, it's a pretty busy hotel, especially in the fall and spring. It's well located, but very busy, and I've never had much luck with upgrades, even as a Platinum.

On the other hand, the Westin Harbour Castle is a bit out of the way, but not quite the convention type hotel that THe Center is.
