Thank you for sharing your concerns about the congestion in Chicago/Midway (MDW). We appreciate the opportunity to respond.

I was glad to learn that you have enjoyed having access to our Fly By Security Lanes, which allow you to reach the security screening process faster at several Southwest Airlines airports. However, it’s important to note that our Fly By Lanes are a joint agreement between Southwest, each airport, and the Transportation Security Administration, so there are quite a few logistics involved in implementing these priority lanes. Although we can't make any promises that a Fly By Priority Security Lane will be added in MDW we hope to have this amenity at the majority of our airports in the near future. As additional airports are included, we will update this information on southwest.com. Please know your request that we add this feature in MDW will be included in our monthly summary, which is shared with our Leadership Team.
