An alternate to the Sheraton in Singapore is the Westin Stamford & Plaza. I have almost always been upgraded to an Executive Club room, and on a few occasions to a suite when the Club room was not available. They were spotty with the Platinum amenity, but have consistently got it the last 4 stays. And, have always gotten the free benefits that come with the room, equivalent to the Sheraton except the laundry services (but does laundry amount to USD$60 every day?):
