Great document. A challenge I see is that when trying to suggest contacting a specific role, CPs might have different staffing based on size, so you could have an individual CP in ATL with an STSO, while an outstation served only by EAS might only have an LTSO. I have yet to figure out what the structure was for COU, it was so small. Between the TSOs and LEOs, there was more security then pax. I can't imagine them having a TSM, much less an STSO (hotline back to MEM, for questions?).

Thanks for our effort in this. It's a challenge, as I see us attempting to communicate "the highest non-management position for that location", yet how do you put that into a tri-fold leaflet someone is going to carry around?
